A new lease of life for a former industrial site: discover City Dock by Panattoni, the brand’s first urban business park in France!

In Moissy-Cramayel, this ambitious project is breathing new life into 2.5 hectares of brownfield land to accommodate 12,000 m² of business space spread across four buildings.

Designed by Les Ateliers 4+, this development combines a timber and concrete framework to minimise its carbon footprint.
Our low-carbon CLAD 4 cladding in the SUN finish harmoniously complements the structure, enhancing both the aesthetics and sustainability of the project.

With its timber frame, heat pump-based heating and air-conditioning system, and the integration of photovoltaic panels, the business park is BREEAM Excellent certified and holds the BiodiverCity label.
