Service sector building for the SIRIUS Group in Nanterre, on the site of the former Papeteries de la Seine, which is undergoing major transformation.
This HQE biosourced-certified project comprises 9 commercial and industrial buildings covering more than 25,000 m2. It is a response to the shortage of business premises in this part of the Paris conurbation.
Harmonious and functional, the development features green spaces on the roofs and at the foot of the buildings to meet environmental challenges.
