A new building in a dense urban environment and on a particularly constrained site, in the heart of the Vaise district (9th arrondissement).

With specifications complying with the RE2020 threshold 2028, this bold low-carbon project is the work of ATAUB Architects, with :
– A mixed wood/concrete construction for the structure, façades and floors
– Flat roofs converted into playgrounds on levels R+2 and R+4
– Large windows, a patio planted with trees and green spaces

In perfect harmony with its surroundings, this new nursery school provides a comfortable, ecological and educational learning environment for our little schoolchildren.
